Issue Identification and Opportunities
The current condition inventory will identity issues to be addressed and illustrate the corridor without enhancements or adoption of improved management practices.
- Identify priority conservation areas as well as areas for probable development on remaining vacant land in and near the corridor (using updated parcel data obtained from Salt Lake, Utah and Davis Counties)
Water quality and health of the ecosystem (based on existing documents) or WaQSP - Fishing quality (based on existing documents) or WaQSP
- Economic development impacts (qualitative) – assumptions of impacts on quality of life and regional economic opportunities
- Depictions of the design interaction between development and the river corridor
- The presence of invasive plant species
